Terms and Conditions

Our classes are kept small to maximise your learning and enjoyment.

Bookings - If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event and the place can be filled by either a student on a waiting list or transfer to another student or friend, then a refund will be given. Less than 14 days notice for cancellation no refunds given, although the place may be transferred to a friend by yourself.

However, in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another date. We will give you as much notice as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for your travel or accommodation costs

The workshop descriptions on the website explain the class, the level of previous experience required and any additional costs you may incur in attending the class. It is your responsibility to ensure that the class is suitable for you, and additional costs you will have to pay. Further information is available on request prior booking should you be unsure of its suitability.

The studio is on ground floor with wheelchair accessibility, however any concerns students with disabilities have, should enquire about the suitability of the courses prior to booking. If you book a class and you know you have mobility or other issues which may impact on your ability to attend, then subsequently cancel, no refund will be given.

If you turn up and we consider you to be incapable of working safely due to alcohol, drugs or general ill-health or fatigue, you will be excluded from the class with no refund. We reserve the right to exclude any student we feel may be a danger to themselves or other students.

Please always phone to let us know if you can't attend or are going to be late.

When you book a place you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
